Does Johnny Kisch's power apply after his cards are already down? I understand that his power applies to the very moment he lays a card down like Mustang and anyone who has a Mustang down has to discard it. But what about after Johnny Kisch's turn is over? Can anyone lay down a Mustang even though he already has one down?

Johnny Kisch is one of the promo characters that comes with the bullet edition. And yes, other players can lay down cards when Johnny Kisch has that card in play, his power only triggers at the moment he puts a card into play.
