Quick question, When a wells fargo is played do you draw three cards from anyone or from the deck?€

What happens if the Sheriff kills the deputy with dynamite, does the Sheriff then lose all of his cards?

Can a beer card be played at any time? Whether it is your turn or another person's?

If you have two Mustangs in your hand and play both of them. Would you then be viewed at +2 by all others?

When you are the character Paul Regret and you also have the playing card Mustang in play, Would all of the other characters view him at +2?

When it is Suzy's turn, and discards a card and now has an empty hand. Is she able to draw again and then play that card and then draw another time, until she can not play any more?
