Can Sean Mallory discard to zero before Fistful comes into play. The text on his card says that he can hold ANY number of cards in his hand.

In a game with FistFull, to try and get fewer cards in hand, a player plays a Rag Time to pick up a card in front of them. Is this allowed?

A player is in Jail, but Lasso is in effect, can teh player Panic their own Jail?
