Although this card does sound interesting. Why would anyone want to discard it and suffer the loss of another bullet? Why not just leave it there and never remove it unless its with a Panic! or Cat Balou?

We have played that you can Cat Balou a Jail card or a Dynamite that is in front of you during Lasso. If the round is not Lasso, then you don't have a chance to do so. Besides that, when and why would you do that?

If I am Apache Kid, can someone play a diamond Bang on one of my cards on the table? My friend thinks that since the diamond Bang card is not being used to shoot me, that it should be allowed. I think that Apache Kids ability still applies. Which is correct?
