Russian Roulette continue on till next round?

If all players in the game have Missed-effect card, does the effect of Russian Roulette stop, or will it start over from the Sheriff again?

The card's description says that the Roulette stops when somebody doesn't discard a Missed!. That's all! So I don't see any reason why it shouldn't start over. As many times as it takes!
Somebody WILL lose two lives with that card..... HA HA HA HA!!!

If a player has only ONE life left and DIES, he loses only ONE!

I humbly admit to my mistake....
Although... one could say that the extra life lost... is in fact a GRUESOME DEATH!!!!! HA HA HA HA!!!!
