What happens if Vulture Sam as the sheriff kills the vice? Does the he first have to discard all of his cards and then picks up the vice's cards or vice versa?
(I am amazed that this question has not been asked before...I tried searching but couldn't not find?)

it should be in a FAQ or in an official tournament rule, however he firstly takes the cards due to his ability, and [u:96ed945122]then[/u:96ed945122] he discards all the cards!

Q19. If Vulture Sam eliminates a Deputy, as a Sheriff, does he discard all his cards before or after getting the cards of the Deputy just eliminated?
A. First Vulture Sam gets all the cards from the Deputy just eliminated. Then, he discards all of his cards (which now include the cards just obtained from the Deputy).
