Can Sid Ketchum use his ability on another players turn? Also, can he use his ability immediately after he loses a life point from another players Bang card? Also, can he use his ability to save his last life point? For example: If a dynamite explodes on him and he only has three life points can he use his ability to gain a life poing to survive.

I think he can use it on another players turn, but not to save his last life point, he would have to discard it before.

I am disagree with you kurtz. The card says he can use his hability like a beer, which means he can regain one life point if he get injured in his last bullet, i think.
