Can Sid Ketchum use his ability when it is only him and another player left in the game and beers cannot be played to prolong the game? Also, since his ability says that he can use his ability at any time, can he use it after a player Bangs him or Bangs Sid Ketchum on his last life point.

I think that is possible to do this any time you want . No matter that are two last players in game. Cause his card ability has nothing to do with card [b:e9803694d5]Beer[/b:e9803694d5].
