What happens to every other card (in hand and/or play) when he is being "eliminated"? Are they discarded? Should he continue living he only has 1 life and 1 card?

Situation is simply.
When he should be eliminated, he draws card.
Ifhe draws no spades, he draw one card, stays at 1 life points and he keep all card(in hand and in front him).
If he draws spades, he is eliminated, so standard procedure: all cards will be discarded, drawn card too.
