Kbang server-Where can I play this game?

Příspěvek od a12sd »

Hello guys. I'm about to play 'Kbang"!
I downloaded the client from other websites.
But there is a problem here. I can't connect to the server. I entered 'alderan.cz' on Server Host, and '6543' on Server port, but it doesn't work :(
Also, I tried to connect to 'alderan.dtdns.net', the secondary server, but it also doesn't work.
How can I connect to the server to play this 'Kbang Client'? Help me plz :)

Hi, the right setting is shown in the image and perfectly working at the time of this message. If you cannot connect, it must be something related to your personal firewall.

Let us know

P.S.: the secondary server only works in emergency, when the main server is off.

Oh thanks for your replying!
But I'm frustrated to know that I can't play this game in my house :(

I use two routers(=sharers) at home. One can be portforwarded and demilitarized but the other one cannot be done these.

So there are two ways to play this game.
First, removing the router that cannot be portforwarded. But if I remove it, then I cannot use Wi-Fi connection.
Second, playing this game with computers outside of my house.
Maybe second method is the best choice because it is easier than the other one.

Anyway, thanks for your kindness.

It sounds a bit strange... I also use two routers, no need of portforwarding/demilitarizing anything, it's enough you can "go out" from home, since kbang-client doesn't need any incoming connection.

That's why I told you about firewall. My guess is that you may have an "automatic" firewall configuration which blocks kbang-client. If you think this may be possible, you could temporarily disable the firewall to check if kbang works properly. If yes (after having reactivated the firewall protection) it would be enough to create a rule which allow outcoming connections by the application "kbang-client.exe".

I hope you can fix it
