well i was searching for a wild west themed mmo and i ran across BANG! Howdy. well i dunno if the makers of this game realize that there is already a game called BANG! or not. what do you guys think?

I don't think you can copyright the word "bang"; also, this game is called "Bang! Howdy".

Bang! Zoom is also a record by Brian Ferry, and check this link; there's several games, some older than Bang!, that have the word "bang" in their name.
